HVG Manufacturing is a part of the HVG group of companies. The HVG group of companies is a diversified industrial products distribution and manufacturing business. We manufacture and import semi-finished goods from around the world and sell to manufacturers who add value to turn those goods into finished products.
With a history dating back to the 1950’s, HVG was formed in 1988 with the acquisition of Halifax Group by Sanwa, a 100% Australian family-owned business. Organic growth and acquisitions of L.Vogel and Son in 1994, Alucobond Architectural in 2007, and Wilsonart Australia in 2021 has seen the business grow in size and scope.
Now employing over 230 people, HVG has a suite of own brands, and also represents some of the most respected global brands in a number of industries.
HVG comprises six divisions, each a specialist in their market segment which now includes HVG Manufacturing. HVG are focused on providing customers with leading brands, quality products and experienced sales and technical support.
Acquired by HVG in December 2021, the business was formerly Wilsonart Australia and manufactures product that is distributed by HVG Decorative Building Products, as well as a growing direct wholesale manufacturing capability. With state-of-the-art equipment and quality manufacturing processes, HVG Manufacturing is set to become a major part of the total group in the years ahead.
